アグリゲートを破棄したあとにSVMルートボリュームを再作成できません

問題
- SVMルートボリュームがリカバリ不能な状態である：

-vsroot trueのオプションを使用して新しいルートボリュームを作成しようとすると失敗します。
cluster1::*> volume create -vserver svm1 -volume svm1_root_1 -aggregate cluster1_02_SSD_1 -size 1GB -vsroot true -security-style ntfs
