Vscan サーバは 1 つ以上のノードに接続されません

環境

• clustered Data ONTAP 8.3P1 以降
• ONTAP 9 以降
• ONTAP AV コネクタ 1.0.2 以前
• ONTAP AV コネクタ 1.0.4
• Vscan （ウィルス対策）

問題

• clustered Data ONTAP クラスタの 1 つ以上のノードが、定義済みのスキャンサーバに接続できません。該当 [1]する『 ONTAP 9 ウィルス対策構成ガイド』に従って、設定が正しいことを確認してください。
• 1 つのノードが「 Connected 」と表示されている場合は、スキャンが実行されていません。

• AV コネクタのログには、次のようなシーケンスが記録されます。

• AV コネクタ 1.0.4 ログには、次のようなシーケンスが表示されます。

注：両方の LIF は同じホスト名に解決されます。
