ノードがブートしません。エラー：暗号化ディスクのデータアクセスをリストアできません
環境
- ONTAP 9
- NetApp Storage Encryption（NSE）
- 外部キー管理（ EKM ）
- オンボードキー管理（ OTM ）
問題
- NSE クラスタを再初期化したあとは、停電が発生してもノードがブートしません
- SP コンソールログに次のエラーが表示される：
