  • ONTAP 9
  • NetApp Storage Encryption(NSE)
  • 外部キー管理( EKM )
  • オンボードキー管理( OTM )

問題

  • NSEを使用するONTAPノードが停電後にブートしない
  • SP コンソールログに次のエラーが表示される:

[node:raid.assim.tree.noRootVol:error]: No usable root volume was found!
No root volume found in this system with Storage Encryption drives in 8 consecutive boot attempts.
Halting to limit possible authentication lockout.
For further assistance, contact technical support.

nse.op.failed:error]: Control failure on self-encrypting drive 0b.00.0; security provider: Locking, authority: BandMaster1, during operation "ent_lock_unlock_data_band_sm"
 
disk.encryptAccessErr:error]: Unable to restore data access on encrypting disk 0b.00.0; status security unknown key (0xe)
 
disk.init.err.unsupported:error]: Disk 0b.00.0 is not recognized as a supported disk and cannot be used on this node
 
disk.encryptNoSupport:ALERT]: Detected FIPS-certified encrypting drive 0b.00.0, but FIPS drives are not supported on this node. 18 of 18 disks checked are FIPS-certified
