Flash Cacheの交換後もFault LEDが消灯しない

環境

  • FAS2720 / FAS2750
  • ONTAP 9

問題

  • 障害LEDは、故障したFlash Cacheを交換した後でも点灯したままです。
  • "NVMe device failed"イベントは交換後も残ります。

  • 次のコマンドを実行してもエラーイベントをクリアできません。

 例:

         ::> system controller service-event delete -node node-1 -event-id 1

::> system controller service-event show

  • Fault LEDは、Baseboard Management Controller(BMC)の「system fru led set off」コマンドでクリアできません。

BMC*> system fru led set 15 off
