の P が原因でノードがシャットダウンしてブートできない IPMI 障害 '

環境

  • AFF A700 / FAS9000
  • 4.9 より前のサービスプロセッサファームウェアバージョン

問題

  • 両方のノードがシャットダウンし、ブートできません
  • マザーボードが再装着されましたが、ノードにはLOADERプロンプトが表示されます
  • 次のメッセージが表示されてノードがシャットダウンします。

sp.ipmi.lost.shutdown:EMERGENCY]: SP heartbeat stopped and cannot be recovered. To prevent hardware damage and data loss, the system will shut down in 2 minutes.
