Active IQ Unified Manager が仮想マシンで動作が遅くなったりハングしたりする

環境

• OnCommand Unified Manager 9.5以下（OCUM）
• Active IQ Unified Manager 9.6+（AIQUM）
• すべてのOSプラットフォーム

問題

仮想マシン上の観察上の問題：

• Unified ManagerのGUIが動作しません
• um cli/dfm cliコマンドライン機能が失敗する Error: Unable to communicate with server.  Please ensure the server is running.
• Unified Managerアプリケーションの実行速度が遅い
• Unified ManagerアプリケーションのCPUおよび/またはメモリ使用率が非常に高く、スワップ/ページファイルが使用中です
• GUIが断続的にアクセス不能になる
• デプロイメントファイルは失敗した状態になっています
• Unified Managerアプリケーションで一貫性のない動作が発生します：
  • サービスの停止
  • サービスがクラッシュする
  • サービスの再起動
  • アラート通知に関する問題が時々発生する
  • Webインターフェイスでパフォーマンスグラフが読み込まれない
  • インベントリ/パフォーマンス取得ポーリングが通常の15分/5分サイクル内で完了しない場合があります
  • 仮想環境で実行しているときに発生するその他の異常な（説明できない）矛盾した動作

VMware ESXi サーバー上の観察上の問題：

以下のメモリ管理プロセスはいずれも、データベースに悪影響を及ぼす可能性があります（通常は実際に悪影響を及ぼします）。バルーンやスワッピングが発生していない場合でも、TPSまたは圧縮がアプリケーションが利用できるメモリプールで発生する可能性があります

• メモリバルーニング
• スワッピング
• 透過的ページ共有（ESXi 5.5以降ではデフォルトで無効になっていますが、以前のバージョンではデフォルトで有効になっています）
• 圧縮
