Microsoft Windows Server の更新後、 IBM Cognos のレポートツールで「 Error ： Context Root not found 」と表示される

症状 1 ：

• OnCommand Insight データウォーハウスの Web インターフェイスにアクセスしようとすると、「コンテキストルートが見つかりません」という IBM WebSphere アプリケーションサーバーの通知が表示されます。

症状 2

• IBM Cognos Configuration を使用して IBM Cognos を手動で起動しようとすると、次の処理が失敗します。
