"PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR"エラーのためONTAP System Managerにアクセスできません

環境

• ONTAP System Manager
• OnCommand System Manager

問題

• ONTAPアップグレード後、System Managerにアクセスできません
• ブラウザに表示されるエラー：

" Secure connection failed"
An error occurred during a connection <IP Adress> PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR

"This page can't be displayed"

"Turn on TLS 1.0,TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Avanced settings and try connecting to https://server again . If this error persists, it is possible that the site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4"
