SnapCenter で、プリスクリプト/ポストスクリプトジョブとしてPowerShellスクリプトを実行できません

環境

SnapCenter Server 4.0以降

問題

次のエラーにより、SnapCenter でプリスクリプトおよびポストスクリプトとしてPowerShellスクリプトを実行できません。

Activity 'Prescripts' failed with error: Run pre scripts failed to execute. Pre script exited with script error code: -1,
script error message: Execution of the script not completed within entered timeout value: 60000
