問題

SMHV over SMB バックアップが失敗すると、 Windows アプリケーションイベントログに次のようなエラーが記録されます。

Error: Vss Requestor - Backup Components failed.The parameter is incorrect.

Windows アプリケーションイベントログには、次のような警告も表示されます。

Volume Shadow Copy Service warning: Unable to translate server name in IP address format to host name. Please make sure your DNS servers have IPv4 and IPv6 reverse lookup zones (ip6.arpa and ip.arpa) configured.. hr = 0x00000000, The operation completed successfully.
