回答

  • スケジュールされたメンテナンス時間中に受信するNetApp Automated Autosupport Acknowledgement」Eメールに加えて、キーワード「test」(大文字と小文字が区別されない)を含むEMSイベントに関連するユーザトリガーによるASUPログ送信への応答として、NetAppのASUPサーバからEメールが送信される場合があります。

例えば:

  • この確認応答Eメールは、ASUPのパラメータ -support (Send AutoSupport Messages to Vendor Support)もenableに設定されている場合にのみ、-toList of To Addresses)フィールドで指定されたEメールアドレスに送信されます。 

:ASUPのパラメータ -support (Send AutoSupport Messages to Vendor Support)がdisable に設定されていても、次の2つの条件によりNetApp自動AutoSupport確認応答がトリガーされます:

  1. ユーザーがトリガーしたASUPログ(xxx.7z形式でtestキーワードを含む)を、NetAppサポートサイトに手動でアップロードします。方法は、 AutoSupportアップロード または NetApp認証ファイルアップロードのいずれかです。
  2. System Manager GUIを使用して、TESTキーワード付きのユーザートリガーASUPを送信します。

NetApp automatically acknowledges any AutoSupport with the word "test" in the subject line. This acknowledgement is sent to the "autosupport.to" e-mail recipient(s).
