Issue

  • Attempting to configure Auto-supports receiving alert  "java.net.UnknownHostException: support.netapp.com".
  • From a support bundle from the system check the web-server-trace-log-B.txt for the following snippet: 
    • ASUP Upload Host InetSocketAddress is unresolved.
  • This will confirm the issue addressed in this KB is occurring.
