BMC 13.5P1以降でSP HBTが停止したためのシステムシャットダウン

環境

  • AFF A400、AFF C400、ASA A400、ASA C400
  • FAS8700、FAS8300
  • BMCファームウェア13.5P1以降（バグ1343620（ CFBC-827）が修正されています）

問題

  • SP HBTが停止するとノードがリブートする
HA Group Notification (SP HBT STOPPED) ALERT
HA Group Notification (SP HBT MISSED) NOTICE
  • EMSログにIPMIタイムアウトが表示される：
Tue Feb 02 07:35:26 -0500 [node-01: spmgrd: sp.heartbeat.stopped:error]: Have not received a IPMI heartbeat from the Service Processor (SP) in last 600 seconds.
