コントローラの障害が原因でBMCのファームウェアを更新できません

環境

• ONTAP 9
• サービス プロセッサ（SP）
• Baseboard Management Controller（BMC）

問題

• SP / BMCファームウェアのアップグレードが失敗し、イベントログに次のエラーが報告されます。
