NetApp Cloud Backup で、初回転送の中断後に初期化を再開できません

環境

  • Cloud Manager （ OCCM ）
  • クラウドバックアップサービス（ CBS ）

問題

  • ボリュームを CBS にバックアップする場合は、 SnapMirror 初期化転送が中断されます。
  • 初期化を再開できず、 Cloud Manager の「 Backup & Restore 」タブに表示されるバックアップのステータスが「 failed 」と表示される。
  • UI 状態に表示されるエラーメッセージ 
    Last Transfer Error:
    Failed to restart a partially completed initialize transfer, the destination volume must be recreated.
