問題

Cloud Managerの[NSS Management]タブで新しいNSSユーザを追加したり既存ユーザを更新しようとすると、次のいずれかのエラーメッセージが表示されます。

  • Failed to add NSS Account.
    The NSS customer type is not allowed for this account as there are already NSS Users of different type
  • We could not find an account with your email address. Please register for a new account
