Azure CVO VMが起動しない

環境

問題

• Azureのメンテナンス後にCVO VMが起動しなくなることがあります。Azure側で再起動することで問題が解決する場合もありますが、常に効果があるとは限りません。
• コンソール起動ログには、以下のようなエラー、または類似のエラーが表示されます：

  Failed to get maintenance event data from scheduledevents. Rebooting.
Unable to retrieve azure Instance meta-data (instance/compute/name)
