CVOのアップグレードが、plexの再同期により「paused_on_error」エラーで一時停止されました

問題
予定されていたCVOアップグレード中に、ノードの引き継ぎ（アップグレードの一環として）後、各ノード上のアグリゲートが劣化状態になり、プレックスの再同期操作を開始しました：
Error:Failed to upgrade the ONTAP with status: paused_on_error原因
- アップグレードプロセス中のAWS EBS/GCPボリュームにおけるバックエンドストレージのレイテンシ
- CVOは、25,000マイクロ秒のしきい値を超えるデバイスレイテンシを検出し、ディスクが一時的に障害または欠落としてマークされました
- これにより、アグリゲートの劣化状態とplexの再同期がトリガーされ、再同期が完了するまでアップグレードが一時停止されました

- プレックスの再同期が完了したあとにアップグレードが続行され、両方のノードが正常にアップグレードされます。
- plex showコマンドを使用して、プレックスの再同期のステータスを確認します。
