mNode IPへのHCCログインが「Something went wrong during the login process」エラーで失敗する

環境

• Element管理ノード（mNode）
• 管理サービス2.15.28以降
• NetApp Elementソフトウェア12.2以上

問題

ユーザがIP経由でElement管理ノードのHCCにログインできない（例： https://x.x.x.x/hcc。

• これらのログイン試行により、次のエラーが発生する可能性があります（URLがmvipにリダイレクトされ、ログインページを表示できない場合があります）。

"Something went wrong during the login process. Please contact your technical support engineer and reference code unauthorized_client and request ID: <long request id string>"
