問題

Windows サービスアプリケーションから OnCommand Insight データウェアハウスを起動しようとすると、サービス "Informix IDS-ol_cognocomscm" が起動しないと、「 The user name or password is incorrect 」というエラーメッセージが表示されます。
IBM Cognos Configuration Tool を使用して IBM Cognos Content Data Store を起動しようとすると、次のエラーが表示されます。

[ERROR] Content Manager failed to connect to the content store. [...] Reason: Authentication failed because of connectivity restrictions enforced by the security plug-in. ERRORCODE=-4214, SQLSTATE=28000
