問題

  • Issue with changing sender name in AIQUM
  • The customer configures different mail address in: Notification -> From address
  • Autosupport is configured as Autosupport -> On-Demand AutoSupport -> Send to Email Recipient
  • SMTP server sees the mails from mail address ActiveIQUnifiedmanager@localhost instead of the customer configured mail address
  • SMTP server log:
MX check failed - Domain UnifiedManager; addr=<ActiveIQUnifiedManager@UnifiedManager>, mailer=internet, relay=<relay server> ... ruleset=check_mail, arg1=<ActiveIQUnifiedManager@UnifiedManager>, relay=<relay server with IP>, reject=501 5.1.8 Sorry, failed to verify address <ActiveIQUnifiedManager@UnifiedManager> or check MX record for UnifiedManager
