問題

  • AIQUM on RHEL fails to populate maintenance console menu while services are started after being upgraded to 9.14
  • menu works with stopped service but then authentication for any administrative activity doesn't work
  • Maintenance user does not have sudo privilege on the server
  • However the ocum_sudoers file at the location /etc/sudoers.d has all the default entries
  • Everything works if the ocum_sudoers file is modified as %maintenance_user ALL = NOPASSWORD: ALL which bypasses the security restrictions imposed on maintenance user
  • This BUG is raised to investigate and add additional functionalities that needs to be allowed in ocum_sudoers file rather than making ALL as NOPASSWORD
