AIQUM との AD リモート認証が失敗します

環境

  • Active IQ Unified Manager ( AIQUM )
  • Active Directory ( AD )リモート認証

問題

Active IQ Unified Manager で認証を試みると、次のエラーが記録されます。

  • UM Web UI
    • Authentication Failed. Please verify Username and Password.
  • UM ログにエラーが表示される:
    • 監査ログ:
      • Nov 05 13:52:00 [:NOTIC]::WEB:err:[10.x.x.x]::Authentication failed for user_name [org.springframework.security.web.authentication.WebAuthenticationDetails@ffffc434: RemoteIpAddress: 10.x.x.x; SessionId: null]: org.springframework.security.authentication.BadCredentialsException: Authenticating token for ldap user not successful.
