環境

  • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.11x (AIQUM)から9.12以降へのアップグレード
  • Windows

問題

  • 9.11xから9.12xまたは9.13xへのAIQUMアップグレードが失敗し、次のエラーメッセージが表示されます。
    The wizard was interrupted before ActiveIQ Unified Manager could be completely installed.
  • 確認するログはで netapp_um_install.log 、にあります。 C:\Users\<Account used for install>\AppData\Local\Temp\
    • エラーメッセージ:

TIME: XX:XX:XX INFO Custom Install Log:
output of checkSumFile.log in <Install dir>\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocum\log is =False. Aborting Installation as file is tampered. Please refer checksumOperations.log for more details.
InstallShield XX:XX:XX: Setup aborted

  • checksumOperations.log に、次のエラーメッセージを示します。

MD5 is not matching for ..\..\essentials\bin\replay\lib\log4j-core.jar file
XX/XX/XXXX XX:XX:XX PM : [] : code = 5
XX/XX/XXXX XX:XX:XX PM : [] : Verfication of checksum failed.
