環境

ActiveIQ Unified Manager仮想アプライアンス(AIQUM)9.6以降(OVA)

問題

  • AIQUMサポートバンドルの収集が完了せず、ファイルのアーカイブ状態のみのままになる
  • AutoSupportログから、次のエラーが表示されます。
