AIQUMが取得サービスの開始に失敗し、「Failed to start acquisition - Failed to load certificates」というエラーとWebUIの問題が発生します

環境

• Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）

問題

• NetApp Active IQ データ取得サービスを開始しようとしたときにエラーが発生しました

Windows could not start the NetApp Active IQ Acquisition Service on Local Computer. 

• AIQUMサーバに「Error loading cluster dropdown」というメッセージが表示されます
• [クラスタセットアップ]の下のクラスタリストが空です。
• で au.logは、次のエラーが1つ以上発生している可能性があります。
