正しいクレデンシャルが設定されているにもかかわらず、AIQUM Acquisition Unitで認証エラーが発生する

環境

• Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）9.12以降
• ONTAP 9.6以降
• ONTAPクラスタに対してMutual Transport Layer Security（MTLS/Mutual TLS）が有効になっています

問題

• クラスタのクレデンシャルが正しいにもかかわらず、認証エラーが原因でAcquisition UnitがONTAPからデータを収集できない
• AIQUMダッシュボードの表示 Cluster discovery failed. Rediscover the cluster after resolving the issue.
• イベント Cluster Monitoring Failed がトリガーされました
• au.log エラーを表示します。

• /etc/log/mlog/apache_logs/apache_error.log ONTAPクラスタの ユーザがnullの場合に認証エラーが表示される
