AIQUM が 9.18 にアップグレード後、頻繁に応答しなくなる

環境

  • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.18(AIQUM)
  • 大規模なONTAPクラスタ(100ノード以上)を監視する環境
  • AIQUM 9.16P2から9.18にアップグレードするお客様

問題

  • AIQUM を 9.16P2 から 9.18 にアップグレードした後、アプリケーションが頻繁に応答しなくなり、UI にアクセスできなくなります。
  • OCIE サービスがタイムアウトし、AIQUM の機能を復元するには、手動で VM を再起動する必要があります。

    /var/log/ocieフォルダには JVM クラッシュログが含まれています:
