  • ActiveIQ Unified Manager(AIQUM)9.6以降
  • Windowsプラットフォーム
  • RHEL

問題

  • AIQUMが頻繁に応答しなくなる
  • サーバを再起動すると、ハング状態に戻る前に一時的に修正される
  • maintenance_console/guiからAutoSupportの生成が失敗する
  • server_mega.log で発生する可能性のあるエラー:

ERROR [default task-29] c.n.s.s.a.EmsPostServlet (EmsPostServlet.java:139) - EMS message is malformed; : javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException
 - with linked exception:
[java.io.IOException: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine]
