AIQUM リモート認証では、 SSL を使用してセッションを確立できません

環境

  • Active IQ Unified Manager ( AIQUM )
  • Active Directory ( AD )リモート認証

問題

Active IQ Unified Manager で認証を試みると、次のエラーが記録されます。

  • UM Web UI :

    • Cannot establish communication to the host 10.x.x.x over SSL.

  • UM ログにエラーが表示される:

    • ocumserver.log2020-11-05 13:32:15,732 ERROR [user_name] [default task-414] [service.logging.SimpleRemoteLoggingService|logOnServer] [c.n.n.c.u.a.e.ApplicationErrorHandler] Cannot establish communication to the host 10.x.x.x over SSL.
      com.google.gwt.core.shared.SerializableThrowable: Cannot establish communication to the host 10.x.x.x over SSL.

    • ocum-error.log
      2020-11-05 13:32:15,732 ERROR [user_name] [default task-414] [service.logging.SimpleRemoteLoggingService|logOnServer] [c.n.n.c.u.a.e.ApplicationErrorHandler] Cannot establish communication to the host 10.x.x.x over SSL.
