Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）バージョン9.10

Active IQ Unified Manager （AIQUM）バージョン9.12

問題

AIQUMを9.10から9.12にアップグレードすると、OCIEサービスが開始されません。 WildFly のサーバーも同じです。
