On System Manger if it shows AIQUM not registered, even though autosupport is enabled it has nothing to do unless one wants to integrate AIQUM with their ONTAP clusters.
The AIQUM integration from ONTAP integrates with the cases / support page of NetApp.Aiqda (aiq.netapp.com) is a seperate instance on the cloud that utilizes autosupport data.
