環境

Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）9.6以降

問題

HTTP 404でAIQUM UIにアクセスできません
AIQUMサービス（ocieauおよび/またはocie）が起動していません
server.logにjava.lang.IllegalStateExceptionがInvalid record typeと表示されます

au.logは、java.net.ConnectExceptionを繰り返した後のFailed to start acquisitionを示しています
