Active IQ Unified Manager クラスタの監視が「Failed to parse response」というエラーで失敗する

環境

• Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）9.x
• OnCommand Unified Manager（OCUM）9.5

問題

• クラスタの監視が失敗し、次のメッセージが表示されます。
  Monitoring failed for cluster <cluster name>. Reason: Failed to parse response
• パフォーマンスビューの表のパフォーマンスデータには 、 [Latency]、 [IOPS]、 [MBps]の 各列に[N/A]と表示されることがあります。
  
• パフォーマンスチャートを確認するときに、パフォーマンスデータが表示されないこともあります。グラフに 「No data to display」と表示されます。
  
• au.log Active IQ Unified Managerのに次のようなエラーが表示されます。正確なUnicode文字は異なる場合があります。
