ocie サービスが開始されていないため、 Active IQ Unified Manager エラー 404 が開いている Web UI が表示されます

環境

  • NetApp Active IQ Unified Manager 9.7
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux

問題

 

  • Active IQ Unified Manager Web UI 404 - Not Foundにログインしようとすると、ブラウザエラーが表示されます。
  • ocie サービスのチェックでエラーが発生していることが確認されました。

  • /var/log/ocie/server.log に Permission denied エラーが表示されます。

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/netapp/essentials/jboss/server/onaro/cert/server.truststore (Permission denied)

Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /opt/netapp/essentials/jboss/server/onaro/cert/server.truststore (Permission denied)
  • /opt/netapp/essentials/jboss\server\onaro\cert/server.truststore および /opt/netapp/essentials/jboss\server\onaro\cert/originator/NetApp/keystore.keystore ファイルに対する権限をチェックします。

[root@aiqumserver /]# ls -la /opt/netapp/essentials/jboss/server/onaro/cert/server.truststore
