Active IQ Unified Managerで「Authentication Failed.Please verify username and password」というエラーが表示される

- RHEL 8.x
問題
- Active IQ Unified Managerのエラー：
"Authentication Failed. Please verify username and password"
ocumserver.logエラー：

The effective user (uid = 502) is not root.
The authenticate binary must be:
A) executed as root, OR
B) owned by root with permissions 4111 (which sets the setuid bit)
