  • OnCommand Unified Manager 9.5 ( UM )
  • ActiveIQ Unified Manager 9.6+ ( AIQUM )

問題

Unified Manager は、イベントが原因で問題がすでに解決された後もアラート(メール /SNMP )を送信し続けるため、「新規」と見なされます。

「イベント」メニューでイベント名を検索すると、その状態は「新規」と表示されます。
