Active IQ Unified Manager の実行速度が遅い、または仮想マシンでハングアップしている

環境
- OnCommand Unified Manager 9.5 以下（ OCUM ）
- Active IQ Unified Manager 9.6以降（AIQUM）
- すべてのOSプラットフォーム
問題
仮想マシンの観測上の問題：
- Unified ManagerのGUIが動作していません
- UM CLI / DFM CLIのコマンドライン機能がで失敗します
Error: Unable to communicate with server. Please ensure the server is running. - Unified Managerアプリケーションの実行が低速化しています
- Unified ManagerのアプリケーションのCPUやメモリの利用率が非常に高く、スワップ/ページファイルが使用中です
- GUIに断続的にアクセスできなくなる
- デプロイメントファイルが失敗した状態で表示されます
- Unified Manager アプリケーションの動作に一貫性がありません：
- サービス停止
- サービスがクラッシュする
- サービスの再起動
- アラート通知に問題が発生することがあります
- Webインターフェイスでパフォーマンスグラフをロードできません
- インベントリ/パフォーマンス収集のポーリングは、通常の15分/ 5分サイクル内に完了しないことがあります
- 仮想環境で実行したときのその他の異常な（説明できない）一貫性のない動作
VMware ESXi Server での観察に関する問題：
以下のいずれかのメモリ管理プロセスは、データベースに悪影響を及ぼす可能性があります（通常は影響を与えます）。バルーニングやスワッピングが発生していない場合でも 、アプリケーション が使用できるメモリプールでTPSや圧縮が発生する可能性があります
- メモリバルーン
- スワッピング
- 透過的なページ共有（ ESXi 5.5 以降ではデフォルトで無効、以前のバージョンではデフォルトで有効）
- 圧縮
