環境

Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）for Windows
AIQUMを9.12以前から9.13以降にアップグレードした後
CAIQUM-3865（BUG 1489957）の回避策が以前のバージョンで適用されていました

問題

増分バックアップではなくフルバックアップが作成されます
cumserver.log エラーが表示されます
