Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）

  • NDMP Restore

問題

AIQUMを使用したファイルまたはディレクトリのリストア が次のエラーで失敗します。
 
Maximum retries exceeded, check Network configuration & connectivity from cluster: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out 
 
Cannot connect to the NDMP services on the cluster
 
または、次の場合に失敗することもあります。 
 
Reason:com.netapp.ndmp.NdmpException: com.netapp.ndmp.NdmpMessageException: Error code in NDMP message: NDMP_CONNECT_ERR
