The only place in Unified Manager that shows volume growth over time is the graph in volume details page. Unfortunately, Unified Manager does not provide a way to view multiple volumes in the same graph. if you want to view this data for multiple volumes you will need to view each volume details page individually.

The best tool to view this type of information would be OnCommand Insights or Cloud Insights. Insights would be configurable to graph this data in a variety of ways, and in scheduled reports.
