OnCommand Unified ManagerのWebインターフェイスが応答しなくなる

環境

• OnCommand Unified Manager（OCUM）9.5以降
• ActiveIQ Unified Manager（AIQUM） 9.6以降

問題

• OnCommand Unified Manager Webインターフェイスが古く応答しなくなり、監視対象クラスタからのデータ収集が停止する
• サーバがほとんど機能していないため、イベント/アラートはトリガーされません。
• OnCommand Unified Manager （vApp）の仮想マシンインスタンスをリブートしたあと、応答の速度が低下して再度リブートが必要になるまで、機能が比較的短時間再開されます。
• 再起動後にAIQUMサービスがまったく起動しない場合があります。

サポートバンドルの「jboss」フォルダで、「au_error###.log」ファイルで次の内容を確認します。

# Set larger code cache with -XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=
