  1. Confirm ユーザがローカル管理者グループに属していることを確認するか、ユーザに admin として Windows Server にログオンするよう依頼してください。
  2. インストールが完了するまで、ウイルス対策スキャンソフトウェアが実行を停止しないようにするか、事前に MySQL およびその他の AIQUM ディレクトリを除外してください。
  3. Windows Server でファイアウォールが実行されていないことを確認してください。たとえば、Windows コマンドプロンプト Windows netsh firewall show state から確認します。
  4. UAC（ユーザーアクセス制御）を無効にします ： 
    1. レジストリエディタを開きます。
    2. HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Systemを展開します。
    3. 0 に設定すると、UAC が無効になります。
    4. 変更が必要なファイルは EnableLUA（Enable-Local-User-Access）を zero (0) にします。
    5. 値を希望の値に変更し、OK をクリックします。
