CA証明書のインストール後にサーバで接続がセキュアでないと表示される

問題
デフォルトのサーバ証明書を置き換えると、ブラウザに安全でないという警告が表示されます。
次のようなエラーが表示されます。
This server could not prove that it is fqdn.company.com; its security certificate does not specify Subject Alternative Names. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.
