環境

  • ActiveIQ Unified Manager 9.12 OVA
  • ActiveIQ Unified Manager 9.13 OVA(AIQUM)にアップグレード

問題

  • アップグレード手順が正常に完了する
  • サービスを開始すると、プロセスは1時間後にタイムアウトし、サービスは開始されません。
  • には /var/log/ocie/server.log次のような多くのエラーが表示されます。
