ONTAPIサービスを使用できないためにAIQUMでONTAPクラスタを追加できません
環境
- Active IQ Unified Manager（AIQUM）9.14
- ONTAP 9.14以降
- 次のいずれかの条件が満たされています。
- ONTAPIサービスがONTAPクラスタで無効になっています
- 監視用アカウントにONTAPIアプリケーション機能がありません
問題
- AIQUM 9.14とONTAP 9.14以降を組み合わせて使用するとREST APIを使用してクラスタを監視できますが、AIQUMへのONTAPクラスタの追加がエラーで失敗する
- ONTAPIサービスがONTAPクラスタで無効になっています
Unexpected HTTP response code received for net-interface-get-iter from <hostname or ip>: 404 - 監視用アカウントにONTAPIアプリケーション機能がありません
Authentication to Storage System <Hostname or IP> as user <account used to add the cluster> failed. Response code:401
- ONTAPIサービスがONTAPクラスタで無効になっています
- AIQUM
server_acq.logは次のエラーを示します。
ONTAPI has been proactively suspended on this cluster due to inactivity as this feature is deprecated. Use the "system services web ontapi modify" CLI command to un-suspend ONTAPI. (errno=61253) (errno=0)
