サービスが開始されないため、 Unified Manager UI にアクセスできません

環境

  • Active IQ Unified Manager(UM)
  • Windows

問題

  • ブラウザからUM Webインターフェイスにアクセスできません:エラー404が見つかりません
  • リソースに問題はありません
  • リブートが役に立たない
  • エラーなしで開始したNetApp Active IQ管理サーバサービスが停止する
  • ocumserver.log ログを記録せずにサービスを開始するとすぐに停止するため、関連するエントリがありません。
  • Java実行ファイル dfm-app.war が正しく実行されていません
