AIQUM へのアクセス時にユーザまたはグループ「 name 」が見つかりません

環境

  • Active IQ Unified Manager ( AIQUM ) 9.x
  • すべてのプラットフォーム(Windows / Linux / VMware)
  • Active Directory ( AD )リモート認証

問題

Active IQ Unified Manager で認証を試みると、次のエラーが記録されます。

  • UM Web UI :
    • User or group 'name' not found in the authentication server. Either the user or group does not exist or it could not be found using the current authentication settings.
  • UM ログにエラーが表示される:
    • ocum-error.log
      • 2020-11-05 13:50:21,883 ERROR [user_name] [default task-427] [service.logging.SimpleRemoteLoggingService|logOnServer] [c.n.d.w.c.s.l.LdapServersPagePresenter] User or group 'name' not found in the authentication server. Either the user or group does not exist or it could not be found using the current authentication settings.
    • ocumserver.log
      • 2020-11-05 13:50:21,883 ERROR [user_name] [default task-427] [service.logging.SimpleRemoteLoggingService|logOnServer] [c.n.d.w.c.s.l.LdapServersPagePresenter] User or group 'name' not found in the authentication server. Either the user or group does not exist or it could not be found using the current authentication settings. com.google.gwt.core.shared.SerializableThrowable: User or group 'name' not found in the authentication server.
