OTV：9.10 VMのメモリが増加、システムがブート、ホスト名が無効、VSCが起動しない

問題
- 仮想マシンのメモリを増やすと、仮想マシンが起動します。VSCサーバは実行中と表示されず、次のように表示されます。

- 「n」を選択して設定の修正をバイパスし、VSCを起動しようとした場合：
Menu Application Configuration Menu > Start Vritual Storage Console server
- 報告されたエラー：
